Initial observations at Rumah Batik Komar revealed potential ergonomic hazards, such as working in non-neutral body positions and the lack of ergonomic support in workplace facilities. Non- neutral body postures while working and inadequate workplace facilities can expose workers to ergonomic hazards, risking Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) impact workers' health and productivity at work, making ergonomic evaluations essential to prevent their effects. This study uses the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021 to conduct ergonomic evaluations. The Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021 is used to identify potential ergonomic hazards in the workplace, assess these hazards, and serve as a consideration in developing and implementing controls for ergonomic hazards. The steps of the ergonomic evaluation using the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021 include preparation, measurement, and evaluation of ergonomic measurement results. The results of the ergonomic evaluation using the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021 indicate that, during the preparation stage, based on a survey of MSD complaints, 10 out of 14 workers experienced musculoskeletal complaints. One worker had a high-risk level of MSD complaints, and two had moderate risk levels. In terms of measuring potential ergonomic hazards, seven jobs were found to have an ergonomic hazard potential value of ?7, meaning the jobs were classified as “dangerous”. Based on the measurement results, improvements must be made to control ergonomic issues at Rumah Batik Komar. Proposed improvements include redesigning worktables and chairs or adding tools that can minimize workers' exposure to ergonomic hazards. text
