This project is proposed as a solution to Jakarta's mobility problems due to the high inflow and outflow of vehicles from the Bodetabek area and the limited space in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). With its high capacity and frequency, the MRT is expected to solve these mobility issues. This analysis considers two main aspects: geological hazard potential and social factors. The geological hazard potential includes eight criteria: lithology, slope gradient, land subsidence, flood risk, liquefaction susceptibility, landslide susceptibility, distance from active faults, and peak ground acceleration (PGA). The social aspect includes three criteria: population density, distance from public transportation, and land use. The method used is Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, through expert assessments to determine the weights of each aspect and criterion. Spatial data from each criterion is analyzed and mapped to visualize areas with high geological hazard potential and social benefits. The results of both aspects are combined to produce a feasibility map for the Jakarta MRT Phase 3 Stage 1 route. From the analysis, the most influential geological criteria are PGA and distance from active faults, with weights of 19% and 19.9%, respectively. For the social aspect, population density is the most dominant criterion, with a weight of 54.8%. The geological hazard aspect has a total weight of 79.5%, while the social aspect accounts for 20.5%. Within the 50-meter boundary zone around the MRT route, there are three feasibility zones: high (0.722 km² or 21.67%), medium (2.609 km² or 78.33%), and low (0 km² or 0%). text
