A case study was conducted involving two approaches: analyzing companies that are clients of PT Asia Civil Indonesia and those that are competitors, each employing different business strategies. The empirical material includes interviews with employees, line managers, and directors of PT Asia Civil Indonesia, as well as the President Director of a client company and the Director of a competitor company. The analysis focuses on how business strategy practices nurture and constrain creativity and innovation, particularly in pricing strategies for tenders. The study also examines the dual role of business model strategy in stabilizing and destabilizing the company within the context of construction project management. Despite differing business strategies, the cases revealed several opportunities for PT Asia Civil Indonesia to enhance creativity and innovation in price calculation, ultimately improving their tender success rate. text |
