Cicaheum Terminal, one of the Type A passenger bus terminals in Bandung City, has experienced a significant decrease in the number of passengers due to a shift towards private vehicles and the availability of more attractive alternative ground transportation services The inadequate and substandard facilities at the terminal are the primary reasons for this shift. Several facilities are not provided at Cicaheum Terminal, such as a rest area for vehicle crews, a bus vehicle worthiness testing post, and a breastfeeding room. Additionally, inclusivity at Cicaheum Terminal can be considered inadequate. Although there are already some permanent ramps where there are elevation differences, there are still several facilities that can be added, such as the lack of disabled-specific toilets, wheelchair facilities, and portable ramps. Therefore, an evaluation of the facilities at Cicaheum Terminal is needed, followed by recommendations for the redesign and improvement of the terminal's facilities. Some recommended facility improvements include the canalization of waiting areas, the addition of parking spaces for buses and private vehicles, the addition of road signs and markings, the provision of vehicleworthiness testing posts, the provision of rest areas for vehicle crews, an increase in the number of toilets, and the separation of breastfeeding rooms.
