While offering benefits, this growth also presents challenges in various areas. Environmental issues are primarily caused by the high electricity consumption for operating ICT equipment, which contributes significantly to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Currently, there is no GHG emission calculation tool for ICT equipment usage that is applicable to organizations in general. This research aims to develop an application that can calculate, predict, and assist in reporting GHG emissions from the use of ICT equipment in organizations, with a case study at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of the Wonosobo District Government. GHG emission calculations are conducted using the emission calculation method outlined in the ICT Sector Guidance issued by the GHG Protocol. This research applies the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average with Exogenous Variable (ARIMAX) model to predict emissions using historical emission data and other supporting factors such as population, regional income, and Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as model inputs. The results show that Diskominfo Wonosobo consumed 251.6985 MWh of energy and produced 218.9777 tons of CO2 from the use of ICT equipment in 2023, with an accuracy of 65,77%. The developed application successfully meets the functionality required in aspect identified for reducing GHG emissions. The ARIMAX prediction model is capable of predicting GHG emissions based on ICT equipment subcategories with average MAE values of 3.5009, MSE 115.74935, and RMSE 3.9943. The developed application is expected to assist organizations in formulating strategies to reduce GHG emissions. text
