This program aims to expand public access to drinking water services through an active community participation approach. The sustainability of this program is influenced by various factors. Therefore, it is essential to identify the factors affecting the sustainability of the PAMSIMAS program to develop management strategies that support its sustainability. This research analyzes the sustainability of the PAMSIMAS program with the objective of assessing the status and identifying the influencing factors, as well as formulating management strategies to ensure the system's sustainability. The method used for sustainability analysis is Multidimensional Scaling with the RAPFISH tool. The sustainability analysis covers technical, institutional, financial, social, and environmental aspects. Additionally, the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method is used to determine management strategies. The research was conducted at seven PAMSIMAS locations in Setu Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, with data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results indicate that the seven DWSS fall into the category of quite sustainable, with sustainability index scores ranging from 60.00 to 72.00. The main factors influencing sustainability include water quantity, sanctions enforcement, payment regularity, community meetings, and water source protection. The SWOT analysis shows that six DWSS namely, DWSS Lubangbuaya, Burangkeng, Ciledug, Tamansari, Taman Rahayu, and Cikarageman—are in quadrant I, with strategies focusing on system development. Meanwhile, one other PAMSIMAS location, DWSS Cijengkol, is in quadrant III, with strategic recommendations focusing on strengthening institutional capacity to improve management performance. text
