Exposure of pesticides can cause various diseases in child. As a result, research was conducted to know the environmental risk factors on child health problems in agricultural area. This research was conducted in Kertasari District, Kabupaten Regency. The method used is a cross-sectional study with 218 samples. Measurements of height, weight, and questionnaire containing the child’s health history and history of pesticide exposure were measured. The chi-square analysis (bivariate) and calculating Odds Ratio (OR) are used in this study. Based on the OR value greater than 1, mother's occupation as a farmer, children who like to visit the workplace of parents who are farmers, children who help parents with gardening, children who like to play in agricultural areas, the habit of storing pesticides at home, houses close to agricultural areas, and going to school through agricultural areas are risk factors of stunting, acute respiratory infection, headache, and dermatitis. However, when looking at the p-value, the relationship between these variables is not significant because the p-value is less than 0.05, except for the variable of children who like to play in agricultural areas to the history of headaches with a p value of 0.005. text
