The strategies could aim the business to create sustainable values for the shareholders. By using the Strategy Map, which is a visual representation of expanded relation between business components, a company can achieve sustainably short and long term business targets. These components are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth based the on Balance Scorecard perspectives. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project is focusing on the Strategy Map Implementation for PT XYZ. This is a company that runs its business in human resources development training. As a new well-established company, PT XYZ should implement an integrated, aligned strategy of their organizational components. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Strategy Map Implementation in PT XYZ is expected to be a guidance or benchmark as to achieve their business vision, and to develop the business continuously. Strategy Map requires business target and measurement to become more dynamically. The purpose is to evaluate the strategic execution, so a structured continuous improvement will be achieved. <br /> text |
