Summary: | Systemic lupus erythematosus (LES) is a complex autoimmune disease that a?ects mul????ple body
systems and o????en requires long-term treatment with cor????costeroids, an????malarials, and
immunosuppressants. Some lupus pa????ents use herbal plants as adjunc????ve therapy because they
are considered safer and have fewer side e?ects. Some pa????ents use herbal plants as adjunc????ve
therapy because they are considered safer and have fewer side e?ects. However, inappropriate use
of herbal plants can lead to drug interac????ons and unwanted e?ects. This study aims to create
educa????onal materials on the use of herbal plants that suit the needs of people with lupus and
measure the level of respondents' sa????sfac????on with the prototype educa????onal materials provided.
This research was conducted through a descrip????ve observa????onal study design with a crosssec????onal approach, which consisted of four main stages: surveying the priori????za????on of educa????onal
material informa????on, preparing educa????onal materials, valida????on and reliability tes????ng, and
surveying sa????sfac????on with educa????onal content. Primary data were collected through an online
survey on priori????za????on of educa????onal material informa????on conducted on 54 lupus pa????ents, an
informed consent form and a sa????sfac????on survey using a SERVQUAL-based ques????onnaire
conducted on 88 respondents. Priori????za????on of educa????onal material informa????on was carried out to
iden????fy the material to be compiled, which was then followed by the prepara????on of content based
on the latest journals obtained through the PubMed site. The resul????ng educa????onal video was
published through the YouTube pla????orm, and respondents were asked to fill out a sa????sfac????on
ques????onnaire a????er watching the video. The results of this study showed an average respondent
sa????sfac????on of 95.59% with a Customer Sa????sfac????on Index (CSI) value of 87.43% (very sa????sfied).
However, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) iden????fied the need for improvement in the
aspects of wri????ng, ar????cula????on, intona????on, voice speed, and video dura????on.
