Description
Summary:Boom Marina Port in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, is a tourist port ship that has the potential to attract domestic and international cruise ship visits. However, existing facilities, especially docks and ship support services, are still limited to accommodate the increasing number. The development of a marina zone with more adequate capacity and facilities is needed to support the growth of marine tourism. This study aims to plan the layout and analyze the financial feasibility of developing a marina zone. Evaluation is carried out on existing conditions and the need for additional ship facilities such as dock expansion, parking areas, and repair services. Financial analysis using the NPV, IRR, and PP methods shows that this project is economically feasible, with a positive NPV, IRR above the discount rate, and fast PP. This development is expected to increase yacht visits, strengthen the maritime tourism sector, and provide economic contributions to the region.
