However, many oil and gas exploration facilities in Indonesia are approaching the end of their operational life. This is one of the aspects discussed in this thesis, namely decommissioning activities, which are currently being emphasized. The government has shown a serious commitment to addressing this issue by implementing various related regulations. One such regulation is based on PTK SKK Migas No. 40 of 2018 and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 15 of 2018, which mandate that offshore platforms in Indonesia must undergo post-operational activities and site recovery. In this thesis, after the structure meets in-service conditions based on the API RP 2A-WSD standard criteria, a decommissioning operation is analyzed by converting the structure into an artificial reef (AR). The decommissioning process in this thesis uses the toppling method with lifting to topple the jacket to the seabed. This thesis evaluates the structural feasibility during the toppling process using SACS software, based on the API RP 2A-WSD standard criteria. text
