In this case, Accessibility is one of the fulfillments of the application of the TOD concept, due to the level of comfort and ease in achieving transportation against land use functions. Harjamukti LRT Station applies the TOD concept approach by maximizing the improvement of public transportation and facilities that are friendly to pedestrians and cyclists. The method used in the analysis of accessibility to the TOD concept is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method, and the analysis of land use in the area uses the Measurement Method. From the accessibility analysis carried out, the results obtained on the walk, connect and transit variables for the sidewalk area and the role of public transportation are in quadrant II with the hope that users will be maintained. The cycle and shift variables for the cyclist area and density in the station area need to be considered again because they are in quadrant I with the hope that users will be prioritized in the development of existing facilities. Harjamukti LRT users are dominated by a radius of >10km using public transportation. The percentage of land use using the measurement method has a KDB of 8% and an KLB level of around 0.2-0.5 on nonresidential land, while the percentage of mixed land in settlements is dominated by 22% and 54% in non-residential areas. So according to the assessment of the 2017 ITDP TOD parameters, the Harjamukti Station area obtained a percentage value using the IPA method and measurements obtained points of 42 which are still categorized as not being included in the TOD area with a minimum point of the ITDP TOD standard of 52. text |

LRT is one of the rail-based transportation that implements areas with the TOD
concept at several station points, this is to reduce the level of congestion and city
efficiency. In this case, Accessibility is one of the fulfillments of the application of
the TOD concept, due to the level of comfort and ease in achieving transportation
against land use functions. Harjamukti LRT Station applies the TOD concept
approach by maximizing the improvement of public transportation and facilities
that are friendly to pedestrians and cyclists. The method used in the analysis of
accessibility to the TOD concept is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)
Method, and the analysis of land use in the area uses the Measurement Method.
From the accessibility analysis carried out, the results obtained on the walk, connect
and transit variables for the sidewalk area and the role of public transportation are
in quadrant II with the hope that users will be maintained. The cycle and shift
variables for the cyclist area and density in the station area need to be considered
again because they are in quadrant I with the hope that users will be prioritized in
the development of existing facilities. Harjamukti LRT users are dominated by a
radius of >10km using public transportation. The percentage of land use using the
measurement method has a KDB of 8% and an KLB level of around 0.2-0.5 on nonresidential
land, while the percentage of mixed land in settlements is dominated by
22% and 54% in non-residential areas. So according to the assessment of the 2017
ITDP TOD parameters, the Harjamukti Station area obtained a percentage value
using the IPA method and measurements obtained points of 42 which are still
categorized as not being included in the TOD area with a minimum point of the
ITDP TOD standard of 52. |
