Description
Summary:In hydrological development planning, data on the maximum water discharge of a watershed is required, where the discharge value is highly dependent on the condition of the watershed in question. These conditions are usually controlled by land use, land slope, river density, soil infiltration rate, rainfall intensity and watershed area. In this final project, the calculation of the maximum water discharge of the Garang Watershed in Semarang was carried out, using Landsat TM imagery as input data for land use maps, slope maps, and soil infiltration rates obtained from semi-detailed soil type maps, river density maps and watershed area obtained from topographic maps, while rainfall intensity was obtained from the PU irrigation research and development center. The analysis was carried out qualitatively by overlaying the maps above. The unit area of ??each land was multiplied by the Cook Method weighting, while the discharge was calculated using the Rational Method.
