The objective of this study is to identify changes in the behavior of private car drivers on roads set to implement the ERP system, specifically on Sudirman and Gatot Subroto Roads. The study targets private vehicle drivers, especially those driving cars, who frequently use these roads. A survey was conducted by distributing an online stated preference questionnaire, collecting data from 444 respondents, which was then analyzed using multinomial logit regression in IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results indicate that driver characteristics, particularly socio-economic factors, influence behavioral changes. These factors include age, occupation, income, and trip purpose. Additionally, ERP-related factors such as fare acceptance, applicable timeframes, and the availability of alternative routes also play a role. Probability outcomes were determined from four groups of congestion pricing scenarios, with the lowest fee at IDR 5,000 and a travel time of 55 minutes showing a 37% likelihood of drivers choosing the ERP-implemented route. As the fee offer increases and travel time shortens, the probability of respondents opting for the route rises. A 95% probability was observed for respondents choosing the ERP route even with a fee of IDR 25,000, provided the travel time decreases to 35 minutes. text |
