ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> Fast and accurate information is, now, the most essential competitive factor in an organisation The improvement of information system is undeniable thing in order to improve organization capability. Departemen Agama, government department that is responsible in organizing haji in Indonesia is unable to avoid this problem. The Government effort by perfecting haji communication system in Departemen Agama used passenger reservation system form PT. Garuda. Whereas, the embarkation process, that is a part of Siskohat (integrated haji computerization system) is not totally integrated. Siskohat is only a haji applicant passenger reservation. <br /> <br /> <br /> The aim of this study to get a way in improving Siskohat integrity and its development in East-Java. It is done by planning the embarkation information system proponent which able to receive and improve various haji applicant requirements. The planning is done by observing and studying various information that is needed by haji applicants to anticipate the more increased of haji rapidly. <br /> <br /> <br /> In global planning of design embarkation information system, the writer used enterprise analysis method, well known with business system planning (BSP). The detailed design is concerned in software and hardware that also needs user friendly procedures that are comprehensible and ease to use. <br /> <br /> <br /> The main point of completing of Siskohat function in embarkation, is perfecting information function, control and service in embarkation. The perfecting improve Siskohat integrity in giving services to people as a haji organizer.
