Summary: | Permeability and porosity are important parameters in determining the
hydrocarbon zone. In the construction of large reservoirs, production depends
on permeability. The main objective of this research is to predict porosity and
permeability values using the fuzzy logic method. Determination of porosity is
carried out using core data from two tubes, the output is CT Scan porosity and
is used as a parameter in fuzzy logic permeability calculations. Next, the
porosity log is calculated by carrying out petrophysical analysis in the form of
calculating the distribution of shale content, effective porosity and air
saturation. Then the results of the CT Scan, Core and Log porosity comparison
results are used. Calculating permeability using the fuzzy logic method requires
log parameters such as Gamma Ray, NPHI, RHOB, DT, CT Scan Porosity and
CT Number. The measured CT Scan porosity is the result of plotting the CT
Number at several desired radii. It can be seen from the data that the fuzzy
permeability calculation results approach a gradient of one value with R2 >0.6.
The fuzzy permeability calculation results must be more than 60 percent
compared to the core permeability. This calculation shows that the permeability
in this zone is classified as moderate. good enough for exploration. |
