As time goes by, space and opportunity for women to show their existence is getting open widely that can make them enrich their potential and talents. One of their efforts to empower women without leaving their tasks, functions and roles in their family is by doing entrepreneurship. Supported by development of information, technology and globalization era, nowadays many women decided to be entrepreneurs. By being entrepreneurs, women have double roles as a mother or wife who manage their household matters and as an entrepreneur who should manage their business. Nevertheless, many women stopped their business because they faced many obstacles in running their business. Therefore, to increase the number of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia and minimize women entrepreneurs who stopped their business, so the effective process of entrepreneurship learning for women is very important to learn. This research uses qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and observation to ten married women entrepreneurs especially who run their business in hijab fashion industry. It intends to get deep understanding concerning motivation, supporting and barrier factors for women to become entrepreneurs and to find out the right learning process of entrepreneurship for women. Hijab fashion industry was chosen by the government to targeting in 2020 that Indonesia, especially in Bandung, will be a center of world hijab fashion. The results from this research showed that women’s motivations to turn to business world especially in hijab fashion industry are: passion, role model, social motivates, own business and productivity. Besides that, in running their business, women entrepreneurs faced several barriers, which are: Lack of information, lack of skilled workers, difficulties in product marketing, work-life conflict and lack of capital. To overcome these barriers, women entrepreneurs have supporting factors such as support from their family, network, government and social media. The process of entrepreneurial learning for women began with permission from spouse or family. The process can be done by several ways, which are: Learning by doing, learning from the experts, learning from experience, learning from failure, formal educational background, entrepreneurship training and seminar, learning from business partner and exhibition. The process of entrepreneurship learning for women is inseparable from family role, because women entrepreneurs and family need each other. To achieve work-life balance, women have strategy: multitasking, discipline, coordination, consultation and priority scale determination. text
