The unavailability of this underground utility map can hamper development and can even cause danger. Underground development will be related to information above ground, not only physically but also ownership. Integration of both is necessary, especially in 3D form with the Building Information Model or BIM which will certainly be more useful. Making 3D maps above ground can using various methods, including using photos from unmanned aircraft or PUTA. Meanwhile, making underground utility maps can use the Ground Penetrating Radar or GPR method. In this study, an accuracy test was conducted on the integration of the two methods in 3D form by taking the study area of the ITB Dormitory Jatinangor. The results of the study, the 3D PUTA Map is in line with the Utility Map from GPR on a scale of 1:1000 with a horizontal accuracy of <0.2 m and a vertical accuracy of <0.06 m. Integration in this BIM system is expected to be useful for managing assets and also sustainable development planning in the ITB Dormitory Jatinangor. text |
