(TLBMC). This approach identifies the sustainability of the business model from three main dimensions: economic, social, and environmental, in relation to the key components of the business model, including value proposition, value architecture, and revenue model. The research was conducted using a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of how BUM Desa Niagara integrates sustainability values into its operations. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and related document analysis. The research results show that the Niagara Village BUM has successfully integrated economic, social, and environmental dimensions into its business model, which has positively impacted the improvement of the village community's welfare. However, it was found that long-term sustainability requires a greater focus on community empowerment to create local capacities that support independence and active participation. This study concludes that although the business model of the BUM Desa Niagara as made significant contributions to village development, a longterm strategy focused more on strengthening community capacity needs to be implemented to ensure its sustainability. This study also provides practical insights for BUM Desa managers and policymakers to develop more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable rural entrepreneurship business models. text |
