The metabolites of testosterone are excreted through urine in the form of water soluble glucuronic acid esters and sulfuric acid esters. Oestradiol undergoes metabolism in the liver into oesterone and oestriol. Oestradiol and its metabolites are also excreted through urine in the form of water soluble glucuronic acid esters and sulfuric acid esters. text |
