Summary:Majafreshindo Green Farm as a hydroponic farming company, has been utilizing a closed farming system since 2019 to grow vegetable crops such as lettuce, spinach, bhok coy, and other hydroponic vegetables. After running for approximately five years, in the 5th year, the company experienced a decline in operational performance. In the midst of market challenges, the company is faced with operational problems that must be solved immediately so that it can focus more on capturing market opportunities in the future. It was found from the results of the directors' evaluation, it was found that the problem that caused this was the increase in greenhouse maintenance costs. This increase is due to the handling of operational problems that are not real time, which results in high repair costs. Companies have several operational efficiency program options to respond to this problem, but they face a dilemma in determining the most appropriate program to implement. For this dilemma, this study implements the Analytical Hierarchycal Process (AHP) to solve the company's dilemma problem. The results of the research show that the best program is. Based on these results, the company has a strong basis for practical and empirical decisions to be able to improve operational performance.
