By taking a case study of The Great Learning program by Yayasan Cakrawala Bumi Indonesia (YCBI), this research analyzes the integration of social purpose, sustainable innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and adaptive learning approaches, which together form a holistic social business ecosystem. A qualitative approach through thematic analysis of primary (FGDs, in-depth interviews, observations) and secondary (literature studies, scientific journals, reports) data reveals that collaboration with universities, private companies, government, expert institutions, communities, and influencers, as well as the adoption of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile frameworks increase learning flexibility (hybrid learning, micro-credentials, gamification) and relevance to industry needs. Transparency, impact evaluation, and data-driven decisions proved to maintain credibility and trust, while participants and stakeholders appreciated the critical, creative, and strategic thinking skills offered, along with internship opportunities and the expansion of professional networks. The findings underscore the importance of continuous innovation, strong marketing strategies, revenue diversification, increased accessibility, and technology utilization as the foundation of a sustainable social business ecosystem. Thus, The Great Learning program can serve as a prototype for other organizations in shaping highly competitive, socially oriented leaders who are ready to face global challenges, while contributing to the social business literature, educational innovation, and community empowerment. text
