To achieve the net zero emission target, the company needed sustainable innovation. In this study, organizational innovation is the dependent variable influenced by agile organization and knowledge sharing with the constructs of knowledge sharing and individual creativity as the mediator construct. This research data was collected from a sample of 125 respondents who are employees of PT PLN (Persero) with position levels ranging from functional generalists to basic management. The selected respondents have diverse educational backgrounds, from high school / vocational high school to master's degree. Results of data processing were carried out using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Based on the data processing result using PLS-SEM, several findings were obtained regarding the relationship between constructs in the research model. Agile organization as a construct defined by the organization's ability to adapt and handle sudden changes, has a positive relationship with the constructs of individual creativity and absorptive capacity. In addition to the agile organization construct, the knowledge-sharing construct, which is defined as the process of transferring knowledge within the organization and external to the organization, also has a positive relationship with the individual creativity and absorptive capacity constructs. Another finding obtained from this study is the positive relationship of the constructs of individual creativity and absorptive capacity to the dependent variable, namely organizational innovation. This shows that increasing organizational innovation at PT PLN (Persero) can be done by increasing individual creativity and absorptive capacity by increasing agile organization and knowledge sharing from the company. The managerial implications that can be applied by company management based on the findings of this study are the optimization of knowledge-sharing activities in the company, increasing the number of employees with S2 educational backgrounds, and equal distribution of knowledge-sharing activities for all levels of employees. text |

In 2016, Indonesia became one of the countries that signed the Paris Agreement to reduce
carbon emissions. PT PLN (Persero) as a state-owned company engaged in the energy
sector spearheads the achievement of Indonesia's net zero emission target by 2060. To
achieve the net zero emission target, the company needed sustainable innovation. In this
study, organizational innovation is the dependent variable influenced by agile
organization and knowledge sharing with the constructs of knowledge sharing and
individual creativity as the mediator construct.
This research data was collected from a sample of 125 respondents who are employees of
PT PLN (Persero) with position levels ranging from functional generalists to basic
management. The selected respondents have diverse educational backgrounds, from high
school / vocational high school to master's degree. Results of data processing were
carried out using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)
method.
Based on the data processing result using PLS-SEM, several findings were obtained
regarding the relationship between constructs in the research model. Agile organization
as a construct defined by the organization's ability to adapt and handle sudden changes,
has a positive relationship with the constructs of individual creativity and absorptive
capacity. In addition to the agile organization construct, the knowledge-sharing construct,
which is defined as the process of transferring knowledge within the organization and
external to the organization, also has a positive relationship with the individual creativity
and absorptive capacity constructs.
Another finding obtained from this study is the positive relationship of the constructs of
individual creativity and absorptive capacity to the dependent variable, namely
organizational innovation. This shows that increasing organizational innovation at PT
PLN (Persero) can be done by increasing individual creativity and absorptive capacity
by increasing agile organization and knowledge sharing from the company.
The managerial implications that can be applied by company management based on the
findings of this study are the optimization of knowledge-sharing activities in the company,
increasing the number of employees with S2 educational backgrounds, and equal
distribution of knowledge-sharing activities for all levels of employees.
