At the peak-hour the queueing of cars occur while the queueing of vessel occur at the off-peak. Using the simulation Model Powersim 2.0, can be analysed the optimum time table that result three scenario of vessel movements, these are: the time table at the peak hour, off-peak and average that adjusted by the traffic flow fluctuation. The optimum time table for each two moveable bridge berths and two LCM of the peak hour are: vessel voyage time is 45 minutes, loading and unloading time is 45 minutes, and time headway is 15 to 20 minutes, the number of vessel are 16 fleets, and waiting time for cars on parking lots is 45 minutes.. While at the off-peak and everage, vessel voyage time is 60 minutes, loading and unloading time is 60 minutes time headway is 25 to 30 minutes, the number of vessel requirements is 12 fleets and the maximum waiting time for cars at the parking lots is 60 minutes. <br /> text |
