Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the study of this thesis a design of business architecture model at TELKOMRisTI by using TOGAF ADM method was developed. The model could describe relationships between the aspects of business planning and that of business operation at TELKOMRisTI. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> TELKOMRisTI, as one of the supporting units of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, should be capable of responding and anticipating any changes that occur in its business environment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In order for being capable of responding the changes, TELKOMRosTI has determined some strategic objectives as the direct translation of its stated vision. Moreover, for the strategic planning to be proceeding as expected, it needs a tool that is applicable in describing relationships between organizational aspects at TELKOMRisTI. The intended tool is Enterprise Architecture (EA). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> One of the domains of EA on which the design of other domains based is Business Architecture (BA). The purpose is to describe the organization of various viewpoints such as strategic description of organization, based on both business process business and organizational description.
