This research is conducted to analyze impact policy of efficiency and productivity to industrial performance by including world cooperation agreement in the form of degradation of tariff import with system dynamics method. Industrial sector becoming evaluation in this research is automotive component industry with stakeholder is Industrial Department. Model is built up based on data from Industrial Department, Statistical Bureau Center and justification from an expert. There are seven sub systems in this model, those are sub system of automotive componen industryt, raw material, labour, demand of domestic market, demand of export market, governmental and import. Industrial performance of automotive component industry is represented by industrial output value, market total demand, demand of domestic market, demand of export market and trade balance show degradation during simulation period. This matter because of domestic product is less competitive with import substitution product. Base on simulation to the applying of conducted policy, to be obtained that to improve industrial performance of basic model, used some policies, they are policy of usage of import raw material is decreased equal to 20%; policy of improvement industrial activity efficiency is increased equal to 10%; policy of skillful labour is increased equal to 5% and training time for 3 months. So that can be said that the improvement of industrial performance can be improved through industrial activity efficiency and productivity. <br /> text |
