RAM analysis used to determine three characteristics system that related to operational of C-130 Hercules aircraft. Optimum operasional level can be achieved by a good maintenance system strategic and logistic support composition. The composition of two sytems will result high level of reliability and downtime which is minimum. Reliability analysis used to determine failure and critical system in subsystem or subsystem failure in C-130 Hercules Aircraft system use reliability block diagram method. Maintainability analysis focus on downtime analysis to reduce downtime element While determine unavailability systems and availability level of subsystem components of C-130 Hercules Aircraft use Markov model and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Then, the analysis did with make some scenario models throughmean downtime variation which related with manhours to achieve operational level desciption (availability) and variation logistic delay time (LDT) and prediction of operational mission achievement of C-130 Hercules Aircraft. By the end of the research shown that efficiency of maintenance systems level with RAM analysis, then provided with SWOT analysis through Cluster Assesment method to minimize conservancy execution time with centered facility. text
