Summary: | The preventive maintenance management system at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) currently relies on manual, paper-based processes, resulting in high workloads, human errors, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, a responsive and modular digital user interface system was developed. The system includes key features such as digital checksheets, real-time machine parameter visualization, interactive scheduling, and role-based dashboards.
The development process utilized Vue.js to build a modular component-based interface, with real-time input validation to minimize human errors. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) was implemented to ensure data security and restrict access according to user roles. The system was integrated with the backend using RESTful APIs facilitated by Axios.
The implementation results showed that the system successfully reduced manual workload, improved data accuracy through real-time validation, and optimized resources through document digitalization and scheduling. The system also delivered an intuitive user experience with a responsive interface designed for tablet and desktop devices.
This success demonstrates that the development of a digital user interface system can be an effective solution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in industrial maintenance management systems. |
