Description
Summary:Sumur Bandung District is geographically one of the districts located in the center of Bandung City with a fairly high intensity of community activities and is the location of the city's administrative center. It is known that in a city, it will not be separated from the disabled community who inhabit the city, and according to John c. Maxwell (1995) a disabled person is someone who has a physical and/or mental disorder that can provide obstacles and barriers for him to carry out activities properly or normally, the disorder is due to a problem with the function of the body or its structure. Considering that the Physical, Social, and Economic Aspects are aspects that form the basis for the formation of a space and/or city, therefore the banking sector which is an element of the economic aspect has a very important role in the scope of Regional and City Planning. According to the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 / POJK.07 / 2022, the services provided by banks must provide optimal service and convenience for people with disabilities. In addition, in 2019 the City of Bandung has joined 27 other Cities in Indonesia as an Inclusive City and is committed to becoming a city that is easily accessible to the Disabled and the Elderly. For this reason, it is necessary to know the level of accessibility of banking facilities according to the perception of people with disabilities, so that every stakeholder can know the extent of the banking sector of Bandung City towards people with disabilities.
