Summary:In Industrial manufacture society, needs to increase the efficiency of production are very high. Because of that, it is necessary to do an optimization, to get high efficiency of production. This efficiency can be get if the choosing of control factors that used in production can perform optimum. To help selecting the value of a control factor, in order to get an efficient production, Taguchi method can be choose. Taguchi Method offered the easily of using this method for optimization.<p>Taguchi Method using statistical knowledge, which is no need to do a lot of experiment to get the right combination of control factors that needed. The quantity of experiment is depend on matrix Orthogonal Arrays that used in chosen Taguchi method. The uses of Orthogonal Arrays can make a result of data about all combination of control factor.<p>The experiment data from some combinations of control factor will be analysed using 2 kind of analysis that exist in Taguchi method, which is Analysis of Mean (ANOM) and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). From this, can be known how big the effect of each control factor in a process of production. Because of this optimization can be done by maximally the work of control factor that have big effect in process of production. <br /> <br />
