The Development of the world demands human being to be able to acculturate with the condition there is. In case of supplying the necessity of housing nowadays, someone probably must let go the image of ideal home living. A house with a large yard, complete and large living set maybe doesn’t match with the condition nowadays, especially for the people from low economic society living in big town. <br /> <br /> <br /> A house for some people in the past considered to be the center of living because most of the people spent their time in there with their parents, their children and sometimes their siblings. A house with large capacity to accommodated big family and high intensity of usage makes the demand of a house getting bigger especially from the matter of quantity. <br /> <br /> <br /> In the big city, the developments toward the industrial society also bring changes in family living behavior. Families in a big city nowadays normally consist of parents and their children. High cost living, education fund, recreation and the development of necessity makes a family prefer to have a few number of children. <br /> <br /> <br /> Demands for the quantity of house nowadays are decreasing, but on the other side, the demands for a better comfortable quality became higher and leisure activity in the house became more growing. In the event of family gathering, a house is hoped to be able to support the quality of the gathering even tough in a limited spaces (stack house. A living space for a low economic society nowadays are normally had a square measure less than 50 square meter. <br /> <br /> <br /> A house lay-out can be divided into three categories which is the category of public space, service and private space. The more higher the family economics, the demand for more space to be able to accommodate every family activity are higher, but on the other hand, the efficiency and space limit considerate the settlers to find a good solution for a simple house lay-out but also can accommodate a good quality for any activity in the stacked house (high rise building).
