PT. XYZ has a good vission and mission but not yet determine into structuracally strategy and there's no clear causal and effect on use of strategies.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A comprehensif, coherent, measurable, and balance performance management system is being critical for PT. XYZ Branch's to struggle over hiper competitive business environment in consumer goods industry. Dealing with such situation, implementing Balanced Scorecard performance measurement system that covers four perspective, which are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning & growth perspective become important for Branch to measure overall achievement. This final project is trying to design performance management system of PT. XYZ Branch's.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The steps for this research start from SWOT analysis, define functional strategy on each perspective, and continued with define objectives and target that should be achieved by Branchs. The research provides The Balanced Scorecard design and company's performance measurement which can be applied by PT. XYZ Branch's to increase Branchs performance, which expected could increase profit of company and create continuous improvement culture. text |
