The objective of this research was to explore caladium seed (Moringa oleifera) biocoagulan efectiviti to decrease turbidity, ferum (Fe) and manganese (Mn) concentration from aqueous solution.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research was done in 500 mililitre scale water sample contain colloid, ferum (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) in a several step. The caladium seed capacity in decreasing turbidity, ferum (Fe) and manganese (Mn) adsorption.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> Biocoagulan efectivity determine in percentase of concentration decreased first concentration. Based on linier regression from standard solution, the result showed that caladium seed (Moringa oleifera) decreased turbidity and concentration of Fe and Mn at high percentage. Result showed that optimum concentration of biocoagulant Caladium Seed (Moringa oleifera) decreasing turbidity 99,868% was 1150 ppm on optimum pH 4. Effectiveness of bio coagulant Caladium Seed (Moringa oliefera) decreased for addition more than 1150 ppm. Optimum concentration for decreasing ferum concentration as high as 99,529 % was 1250 ppm on optimum pH 5. Effectiveness of bio coagulant Caladium Seed (Moringa oleifera) decreased if addition more than 1250 ppm. Optimum concentration for decreasing ferum concentration 99,355 % was 1100 ppm on optimum pH 6. Effectiveness of bio coagulant decrease for addition more than 1100 ppm. This result could applied in practical and experiment module as one of learning media especially on colloid subject at senior high school. text
