| Summary: | Every building has a several mechanical and electrical services in order to maintan a comfortable working environment. Maintenance of every single facility in a building are complicated and contain many varilable aspect, so that an accurate information is needed here. Those maintenance activities called Building Maintenance. Building maintenance which is done in this research are organizing electrical utilities. Three Dimension System linked to the building object are able to oversize and answer many questions and problems through the graphical display and atribute. Questions about overall building function and linked utilities can be answered through CAD usability which is able to connect and get graphic data to the atribute data linked, eventhough it done by a manual procedure. <br />
