Abstract :<br /><br /> Goal of this final work is to analyze feasibility of building wax plant. It hopes that this study is useful as a reference for corporate owner and management in making decision to build the project.<br /><br /> Analyze and evaluation is undertaken by using strategic management method. This analyze includes such factors as external environment, industry structure, business strength, internal environment, corporate mission and vision, and finance. Then, using SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) makes strategy alternative analyze to identify various strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats of the firm. It is important as means of appraising corporate planning condition as to feasible or not for the company to work on it along with its implications for the following steps with respect to the company strategy.<br /><br /> Based on such an analyze author conclude that company is able to:<br /><br /><br /><br /> (TABLE)<br /><br /><br /><br /> Increasing its product capacity due to increased machinery capacity.<br /><br /> Company location greatly supports plant installation because of availability of facilities and infrastructures plan needs and creation of a good social relationship between the firm and local community.<br /><br /> Needs for raw materials with expected quality standard are easy to take due to it is located as same as the parent company.<br /><br /> Market penetration by maintaining market share and extending markets out of America.<br /><br /> Improve existing core competitions.<br /><br /> Capital budgeting analyze on basic business profitability is 117% times 20% loan, hence Go Debt.<br />
