One of many utilization of ICT is to support operation of various information systems (IS), for example softwares are being used in many IS to support it achieving its objectives. Unfortunately, the use of ICT on planning, building, and maintaining IS has not optimized yet, so that IS often fails to achieve its objectives. Planning, building, and maintaining IS are complex processes that involve a lot of knowledges, skills, and quality resources. Management of knowledges that come from internal and external organization, optimum utilization of ICT, and management of each steps that must be done on each process are required to accelerate the implementation of every possible steps on planning, building, and maintaining IS without reducing the quality of each processs output. An Information System Software Generator (ISSG) that fulfil the needs of: 1. management of knowledges that come from internal and external organization, 2. management of planning, building, and maintaining IS, and 3. automatic generation of the prototype of IS softwares is developed in this final assignment. The development of ISSG started by analyzing work system elements and processes of planning, building, and maintaining IS, then designing the software and finally implementing the prototype of ISSG. The results of this final assignment are the documentation of software development and the prototype of ISSG. text |
