Yayasan Pendidikan XYZ, a non profit organization established by PT. XYZ, Tbk. is responsible to manage high educational institutions of information and telecommunication. The main objective of high educational institution under YP is to create skilled human resources in the field of information and communication technology. One of those educational institutions is Sekolah Tinggi XYZ. Up till now ST XYZ's alumnies has been worked in many information and telecommunication companies and has been well contributed according to their competencies. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This thesis identifies the low participation of ST XYZ's alumnies to contribute the real and economic sector especially in the field of technology entrepreneurship. This thesis suggest the development of a business incubator in which aims to encourage the entrepreneurship, to provide venture financing, and to develop business networking for the alumnies. To achive its long term sustainability, the business incubator should developed venturing approach that enable join ownership scheme between the incubator and incubates. This join ownership scheme would enabled the incubator share the profit (dividend) of the start up companies. Therefore, the business incubator and its main organization would had the ability not only to self finance its operational cost but also to accumulate its endowment fun to be alocated to other new start up companies. <br /> text |
