To solve that problems, this research try to see how is the public transportation business run, by doing an evaluation of the operational cost from the driver and the operator, and the profit they got every day. Route St.Hall - Dago is being taken as a sample for this research because this route is using one type for all of the operational vehicle, so that the calculation of the operational cost will be easier. Beside using the survey condition, this evaluation is considering the condition because of the economic crisis too. The value of the operational cost and the profit from the driver and the operator in route St.Hall - Dago can be seen in table I. <br />
