Nowadays, softwares which costumers used to bought could be rent in an on-line manner as a services. The service oviders,which distribute application softwares known as Application Service Providers (ASP). <br /> <br /> <br /> By using ASP services, costumer could get lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) as a result of free maintenance, faster deployment and implementation, easy to access and less cost of IT human resource compare to in house applications. <br /> <br /> <br /> The objectives of this study was to design SOPP (System On-Line Payment Point) implementation using ASP bussiness model. The techno-economy analysis was performed by mean of MVA (Mean Value Analysis) to determine the system performance in Component Level Queing Network and DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) to observe the NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Return Rate) and PP (Payback Period) of the system. <br /> <br /> <br /> The results on technical aspects show that the respond time is 0,28 second, system utilisation is 80% and availability 99,99%. Whereas on economical aspects it was shown that the bussiness was veasible with NPV 4,9 Billion Rupiahs, IRR 32% and PP 3,2 year. text
