The purposes of this final project are to identify the changes as result of the system changes, plan the new SOP and propose implementation planning. <br />

This research uses 7S McKinsey approach - consist of structure, strategy, system, skills, shared values, style, and staff - to identify kinds of changes that Bank X should do. Compiling of several Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) is done by interviewing, observation, and studying related documents. <br />

Implementation plan of the changing system is targeted to be done in 3 months with core team-core banking system as person-in-charge supported by IT, Human Resource, Operation Division and Board of Director. <br />
