Summary:Bank X has a strategic plan in 2008 to generate its service quality by developing IT to support Core Banking System. One of the efforts to reach the goal is by changing its system from SAID System to Misys System based on IBM AS 400. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purposes of this final project are to identify the changes as result of the system changes, plan the new SOP and propose implementation planning. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research uses 7S McKinsey approach - consist of structure, strategy, system, skills, shared values, style, and staff - to identify kinds of changes that Bank X should do. Compiling of several Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) is done by interviewing, observation, and studying related documents. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation plan of the changing system is targeted to be done in 3 months with core team-core banking system as person-in-charge supported by IT, Human Resource, Operation Division and Board of Director. <br />
