Communities of Practice is unique, had own structuring characteristic , its made communities different each other. Based on that structuring characteristic we could know the challenges that communities had. Its could influence the leadership and manajement team action. Researcher want to know the correlation of leadership perception and ICT with the variable of the success of Communities of Practice. There are three variable of the success of Communities of Practice to measure, member satisfaction, the benefit to it s member, and the meeting of the communitys initial objectives. Based on research leadership had correlation with all variable of succees, but ICT only had correlation with member satisfaction. More specific this study of three communities of Practice investigates how the action taken by the communities leadership team and ICT availability may influence their success. |
