The robot can be remote controlled manually; and it is completed by sight sense to monitor the areas. Internet, one of technological innovation product, it makes a communication and information exchange easier in the world, so internet can be as a transmission media that no need more space and time. One of the collaboration between robot and internet is teleoperation system, so an operator has the possibility not to exist at the location in which can threaten his life. Teleoperation system in a mobile robot has two transmission media, internet and radio wave (telemetry system) media. Telemetry system is used to access between server and robot, meanwhile accessing through internet media is between server and client. System that developed in the robot is robot controller manually and live streaming video. Through the telemetry module, robot can be controlled up to 85.8 meter in open area while for streaming video, between client and server have delay for 5 minutes. Hence, accessing via internet/teleoperation system on a mobile robot appears un-synchronization between sight sense and robot movement. text
