REINFORCEMENT LAW OF COMMUNITY CIPTAGELAR THROUGH IDENTIFICATION OF LAND BOUNDARY AND SPATIAL VISUALITATION CUSTOMARY LAND

Since Indonesia had it&#61602;s freedom until now, existence a custom public still often is questioned, especially about unclear custom public region boundary or has not is exist. And so do the things of with custom public Kasepuhan Ciptagelar which in administration located in Desa Sirnaresmi Kecamatan Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi resides in and around Halimun Salak Mount National Park (TNGHS) has not had boundary, causing need to be performed research about region boundary to finalize problems of land which during the time happened. This research done applies qualitative method by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken directly from field in the form of result of interview with the side of custom parent Kasepuhan Ciptagelar, observation and documentation about everyday life of public Ciptagelar. Besides, to represent region Kasepuhan Ciptagelar is taken some coordinate points. Secondary data which is indirect data from field is data yuridis based on UUPA No5 Tahun 1960 and UUPK No. 41 The year 1999. Main criterion of custom public based on both is : Existence of public ; Existence of region ; institution of Custom. Primary Data and secondary data were managed to yield concept and custom public legal aspect Kasepuhan Ciptagelar, analysed based on aspect yuridis, technical aspect and institution of custom. Kasepuhan Ciptagelar can be confessed its the existence as customary law public because fulfilling criterion as customary law public, that is having member of public 160 Family heads, has region wide around 68.027 Ha and institution of custom that is goverment structure and regulation arranging everyday life of custom public Kasepuhan Ciptagelar. <br />
