This difference could be seen from the perpetrators, like the existence of the involvement of the consumer, the developer, banking, and the government as well as differences of their role in the market. The motive that provided a basis for the existence of the market transaction as well as his development also differed, and still many characters that were received in the property market of the research. With the fall of the property industry in the period of the economic crisis in 1998, was indicated the change in the pattern of funding in the property industry where the role of banking became relative happened decreased compared with the precrisis period. Therefore, apart from matters above, also must be studied further whether the role of banking was still staying active for the developer and the consumer in the Regency territory Bandung Barat. Moreover must be known how the developer in the Regency territory Bandung Barat investigated funding in the sector of property and how the developers responded to the community's wish to be based on purchasing power and the other satisfaction factor, especially when being gathered with the marketing mixture (mix marketing). Realised increasingly the decline in the community's purchasing power, the developer must investigate the production of property in a careful manner with did innovation the product and funding that could form the balance of the side supply and demand that was better in the long term. The latest development showed the developer really was innovative in carrying out the marketing and creating the community's request that more could remain and develop continuously. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The development of the property business was seen from the perpetrators of the property market (developer-consumer-banking-government) and analysed was available or not the influence that was significant between the product, the price, the location, the promotion, and physical proof towards the consumer's satisfaction. Did not forget also was studied by the NJOP determination and the City Plan of the Territory (RTRW) in this region through to in the long run was produced output concerning the development prospect of property investment in the region Bandung Barat. text |
