Moreover, the traditional tin mining which have been operating along the beach treats giving pressure to fishery, mangrove and environment quality. Ignoring this case, it can cause the unbalanced of the environment in the future. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is to figure out the problem of managing the costal area and estimate the consequences that would be happened in the future without doing intervention. The indicators which are used to fishery resources, catch production, volume mangrove resources, environment quality, and unconventional mining. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The methodology used in this research is system dynamics methodology. This study focuses on relation among fishery resources, mangrove resources and also unconventional mining. The model behavior is a reference in arranging a policy which will be run to its model. And later, several the policy scenarios are simulated to gain decisions for developing the coastal area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From some simulated scenarios, actually scenarios combination with reforestation, confiscation of floating mining and giving sanctions could maintain the sustainability of the system until the end of simulation year. This scenarios combination is able to show better behavior compared to the basic scenario behavior. However, the implementation of the policy is not easy as a theory which is used in the model. This scenario combination is supposed to be consistency implied in the area in order to gain the goals. <br /> text |
