ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> The suitable organization s structure that match to the technology and process ofproduction owned by the company, would be very effectively supporting to the achievernentof the companys target. <br /> <br /> <br /> A particular structure of organization will depict job as well as responsibility to an individual or departments within an organization, definitely official report relationship, coordination relationship and the integration of the whole organizations activities . <br /> <br /> <br /> This final assignment is attempting to make a contribution in re-arranging the structure of organization, particularly on process of color matching as far as plant scale dyeing and finishing, that most suitable as possible to the available current technology and process in PT X <br /> <br /> <br /> Analysis has been carried out on the structure of the current organization covering the sort of interdependency, grouping the sort of activity based on the particular interdependency as well as the degree of inter-dependency of the process activities. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the analysis made, it comes up that the transformed structure of organization is a functional one, which contain an attempt to speed-up the production process.
