Summary:One of symptom which often happened from destroying organizational condition is lowering of the employees satisfaction, on the contrary job satisfaction will generate the achievement (performance) (Newstron, 1985). One of the company dimension performance entangling the employees is direct perception or conceptual employees (acceptance) to culture expanding in company and the employees satisfaction story According to Robbins (1990) organizational culture is often meant as base philosophy giving instruction for organizational policy, employees and consumer management. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., represent the limited liability company of public ownership which aim to carry out the service and facility of telecommunication and information, by paying attention to the law info effect. Although to realize the vision and its mission, Telkom have develop the corporate culture recognized by The Telkom Way 135, however its in practice Telkom not yet able to to yield the performance matching with standard which have been specified. This research try to express the influence of corporate culture which have been applied by PT. Telkom to the employees satisfaction and employees performance. Corporate culture becoming this object research measured trough applying of artifact elements (Stretch the goal, Simplify, Involve everyone, Quality is my job, and Reward the winners) representing one of the corporate culture level applied by PT. Telkom. Result of data processing by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicate that there are significant effect between each element of artifact and also corporate culture measured through fifth artifact element by simultaneous with the employees satisfaction. Others, although do not all element artifact, having an significant effect to employees performance, however by stimulant that fifth of the artifact element have an significant effect to employees performance. While relevant of the employees satisfaction and employees performance show inexistence significant effect between second of the variable.
