Dealing with such situation, many companies improve their competitive advantage through implementing Information Technology and ERP implementation. The opportunity for IT implementor is how the IT product and service can help company in achieving its business goals by providing adequate information systems that delivers accurate information in the right time, from the right process and in cost effective ways.<p>An IT Implementation is not an easy process, that's why in the implementation approach, in developing implementation plan, we need to have a balance of three important factors: Time, to determines how long we need to complete the project and or when it should be done, Quality, to determines how good the new system will support the business, what are the business process and function covered, and Costs, to determines how much money need to be spent for the project, how many resources can be utilized to support the project.<p>This final project is focus on SAP Business One Implementation Approach. Although technically we can implement ERP system in one big project for all companies and for all functions but it would put the project at very high risk. That risk come up when business process is not suitable with the "best practise way", no gap & fit and analysis process and the change in people, process, culture and organization area are not well managed. Changes in one area may impact the other area as well and this impact can affect to the process and delays Go Live dates.<p>Recommendation on bussines process development of SAP Business One will take several phase, that starts with Phase-0 Evaluation/Initiation, Phase-1 Project Preparation, Phase-2 Business Blueprint, Phase-3 Realization, Phase-4 Final Preparation, Phase-5 Go-Live and Support, and finished with Phase-6 Sustain to keep continous improvements process. All this phase must be integrated with change managemet process in terms of Stakeholder Management, Organization Impact Analysis, Training Management, Communications and Performance Management. When a project teams begin to identify the problems or opportunities and brainstorm possible solution, the change management is also initiated. To be succeed, the implementation needs the participation from all employees and support by commitment management, and in order to achieve its objective and targets, every phase of implementation has a key performance indicator as well. <br /> text
