ABSTRACT:<br /><br /> Human Resource is the most important thing in organization concerning the effort to achieve the organization success depend on the human resource it has. Although an organization is completed with sophisticated technology, without the human aspect it will be difficult to achieve the organization goals.<br /><br /> Base on the above matter, human resources factor should always be builded and developed s that it could increase the capacity and expertise of each human resource order to maximize the working performance.<br /><br /> PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II part human resource as the main role in running the organization except PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura II is an airport service company also as a concrete step to realize maximally the human resource role through human resource development in all sectors. In order to achieve that it has to be an arrangement in stages of positions to pace posts in organizations with the result that the employees can be responsible for their work according to each job descriptions.
