This final assignment is performed based on Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchards Situational Leadership theory.<br /><br /> The tool that is used to measure the leadership style is LEAD (Leader Effectiveness and Adaptability Description), while the maturity level uses the questionnaire by Hambleton, Blanchard and Hersey. The staffs job performance was measured using MSS (Minnesota Satisfactoriness Scales). The questionnaire is distributed to the employees from the Production Departement that is chosen as samples.<br /><br /> The study shows that the suiteness of the leadership style is not appropriate to be implemented on this company, because the score of the staffs job performance that the leaderships style suit the maturity level, is lower than the one that doesnt fit. The difference between the score is significant through the significance test Z-Test with z=3.661 that means reject Ho.<br /><br /> The study continues with finding the leadership style and the maturity level that is the most efficient based on the score of the job performance of the staff.<br /> text |

The purpose of this final assignment is to conclude the maturity level of the staff and the leadership style that suite to be implemented on that level, and the effect towards the job performance of the staff.
